No Refund Policy: By submitting payment, you authorize Marvel Auto Rescue LLC to immediately begin arranging and dispatching roadside assistance. Once Marvel Auto Rescue has begun the dispatch process by assigning or attempting to assign your request to a service provider, or once a technician has been dispatched, arrived, or attempted the requested service, all fees are earned and non-refundable.
