1. Cancellation before dispatch

If you cancel before a service provider has been assigned or dispatched, payments may be eligible for a full refund. Contact Marvel Auto Rescue as soon as possible if you no longer need service.

2. After dispatch has begun

Once a provider has been assigned, dispatched, or has begun traveling to your location, the dispatch or service fee may become non-refundable because time, travel, and provider resources have already been committed.

3. Completed or attempted service

Charges for completed services are generally non-refundable. If a provider arrives and service cannot be completed because of circumstances outside Marvel Auto Rescue’s control—including inaccurate information, inaccessible vehicles, customer absence, unsafe conditions, or a service need different from what was requested—the dispatch or service charge may remain non-refundable.

4. Tires, batteries, fuel, parts, and other products

Product charges are separate from mobile service charges. Refund eligibility for tires, batteries, fuel, parts, or other products depends on whether the product was purchased, delivered, installed, used, or can be returned to the supplier. Installed, used, special-order, or non-returnable products may not qualify for a refund.

5. Service issue or incorrect charge

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or there was a problem with the service provided, contact us promptly. We will review the service record, payment, provider status, and circumstances before determining whether a full or partial refund is appropriate.

6. Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the payment processor and your financial institution.
